Residents being served by the Cane Field well station, East Canje; Berbice, please be advised that the well is out of operation due to a breach in the well casing, resulting in the production of discoloured water, consisting sand and mud.
GWI has since activated the Cumberland well station as an alternative source of water supply to residents.
Additionally, customers being served by the Adelphi pump station, please be advised that the ongoing disruption of service is due to Guyana Power & Light (GPL) high voltage.
