Residents of Little Diamond, Farm and Herstelling on the East Bank of Demerara are being advised that GWI will be conducing routine maintenance at its Covent Garden Water Treatment Plant on Tuesday, 27th February, 2018.

Residents in those areas will experience a disruption in their water supply from 6:00 pm on Tuesday, 27th February to 3:00 am on Wednesday, 28th February.

Also, residents from Madeline to Den Heuvel on the Soesdyke Linden Highway are hereby advised that they will experience a disruption in their water supply from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, 28th February, 2018. This is in order to facilitate routine maintenance at the Soesdyke Well Station.

GWI regrets any inconvenience this may cause and encourages residents of the aforementioned communities to store water in light of this notice.
