In an effort to assess the extent to which customers are satisfied with its services, the Guyana Water Incorporated is conducting a Health and Customer Satisfaction survey. The services of the University of Guyana have been employed to execute this survey for which GWI is seeking customers’ cooperation to ensure its success.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Enumerators employed by the University of Guyana will visit customers’ premises to interview a member of the household/business about their health and well-being and the services offered by GWI.
  • Each interviewer will have a National Identification Cards along with an official letter from the University of Guyana for authentication purposes.  Ask to see it.
  • The survey will be carried out across Regions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (Bartica) and 10. Approximately 4,000 customers have been pre-selected to be interviewed during the survey period.
