The Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) wishes to notify all customers that a COUNTRYWIDE DISCONNECTION CAMPAIGN is ongoing for all outstanding water service charges owed to the company. Please note that June and July bills for metered and unmetered customers are past due.

TO AVOID DISCONNECTION, please visit any of our offices countrywide. All GWI offices will be opened from 9:00-14:00hrs (9:00am-2:00pm) on Saturday, September 30, 2017. Persons can also make payments at any of the following locations: Bill Express, SurePay, GTT Mobile Money, Post Offices, Republic Bank, GBTI and Citizens Bank. Some areas of disconnection are: Dartmouth, West Bury, Henrietta, West Minister, Tuschen, Block 22, Canvas City, Grove, Craig, Agricola, Prashad Nagar, North Ruimveldt, Kingston, Farm and Zeskindren.

Water is life… Save it!



All Guyana Water Incorporated Customers are being urged to desist from pumping water directly from their water service connection, to an elevated tank. This is against best practices allowed by GWI.

Alternatively, customers can store water in a ground level tank via gravity flow. After this is done, only then can customers pump water from their ground-level tank to their elevated tank. GWI thanks you for your kind cooperation.
