Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) has awarded twenty – one (21) bursaries to children of its employees who performed exceptionally at this year’s National Grade Six Assessment (NGSA).

At the ceremony, Human Resource Manager, Ms. Simone Jacobs stated that the award was given in recognition of the students’ hard work, sleepless nights, encouragement and sacrifices by their parents and guardians, and as such she encouraged them to work even harder to complete their secondary education.

This year’s top achievers are: Ariel Mohanlall, Kesyne Duggin, Natawa Rodriques, Renee Whittaker and Josh Jailal who all secured a place at Queens College while Carian Haynes was awarded Bishops High and Malia Todd - St. Roses High.
